About CrossMath

CrossMath is a fast-paced number puzzle game where players place digit tiles into a crossword-style grid to complete math equations both horizontally and vertically. Featuring multiple difficulty settings, the game tests quick mental arithmetic and logical deduction.

How It Works

A move can solve more than one problem at once. Filling a cell completes part of one equation while also providing a number for the equation crossing it, so the order in which you solve the grid matters.

Smart Solving

You do not have to start by filling random spaces. Look for equations that already give you an obvious answer.

• Find a single blank: A line such as 7 - [ ] = 1 immediately points to 6.
• Follow intersections: Use that answer to unlock the horizontal or vertical equation crossing the same cell.
• Keep filling: Continue using newly confirmed numbers to narrow down the remaining spaces.
• Check the grid: Every completed equation must work both across and down.

This approach turns the puzzle into a chain of deductions rather than a guessing game.

Score & Streaks

CrossMath also tracks Streaks and high scores, giving you another reason to keep solving accurately across stages. A longer streak means your correct solves continue without a mistake breaking the run.

Controls

• Playing is simple: tap or drag a number tile from the bottom tray into an empty grid cell. Use Undo to take back your last move, Shuffle to reorganize the tray, or Hint when you need assistance.
• The real challenge is deciding where to place each number first. Because every intersection connects two equations, one well-chosen tile can give you the clue needed to solve several spaces around it.
