How to play

The principles of playing Tacticsweeper are the same as playing traditional Minesweeper. The game provides a grid of many cells containing many mysteries. Some cells contain dangerous mines, which will explode at any time if you touch them. Your task is to explore all the empty cells without causing any mine explosions. This necessitates a smart strategy for players, as each level contains secret unknowns. Choose to explore a cell, and the game will show a number of adjacent cells if that cell does not contain a mine. From there, players can deduce the location of mines in the remaining cells.

Controls

• When indicating the location of nearby mines, familiarise yourself with common mine patterns such as 1-2-1 and 2-2-2.
• Analyze and deduce the probability of placing mines in adjacent cells. Using deduction, prioritize exploring cells with the lowest probability of containing mines.
• Mines are less likely to be in corner and edge cells and often appear in cells in the middle of the board.
